What we have learned

That we should eat in moderation and that we need energy!


We learned how to take our heart rate (you take your two front fingers and put them on our neck) and we also learned our target heart rate (you just do the same thing except you also hold it there  for 15 min. and as many times your heart beat then times it by 4 and you’ve got it!!!!)
