Wisdom vs. Intelligence

When God told Solomon that he could have all the riches in the world over all of that he chose wisdom. And along with that he got 1,400 chariots, 12,00 horses, silver and gold as common as stones. His horses were not any other horses they were imported from Egypt. At the end Solomon used his wisdom badly at the end.

What is the difference between wisdom and intelligence? Wisdom is when you have a discerning heart and you have to be humiliated once in a while to be wise. You have to know what is right and what is wrong and you should show people that. Intelligence is when you know facts not exactly math or science but what should happen or is happening. You don’t really know how to solve problems like you can when you are wise.

Solomon’s wisdom was great at the beginning he decided to make a temple for God and at the end he was not so wise he had 700 wives and that was not good at all.

How I can I apply this to my life? I am wise sometimes I am good at figuring out what is right from wrong but sometimes I ignore it and I use it wrongly. Like when I am fighting with my brother and I know it is wrong I don’t stop and I just keep fighting with him. That is sort of like Solomon who built the temple and then had 700 wives. And I try my hardest to be wise.
