Theme Writing

They have no speech, They use no word,no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the Earth their words to the end of the world.

A long long time ago(okay it wasn’t that long ago) in a place called camp Roger we the eighth graders( at the time seventh graders) came up with a theme for this year. This theme is shout silently-actions that speak it means that we need to have our actions show others there are different way to do some here at school and some all around the world. Our theme can change the way people see Christians.

There are ways this theme can be lived out at school they. One way I can live this theme at School is by Saying “Hi” to younger kids and learning there names. As an Eighth grader this theme to me means that we need to use are actions to show God’s love to others. Some other ways we can live out this is theme is if a younger kid looks like they are going through are hard time ask about it and pray with them about it.

As a Christian this theme can be a perfect chance to show others God’s love in everyday life little things like saying thank you or helping someone without being asked. Doing thinks like this will not only help us grow closer to God and the kids your helping it might change the way people think about you and Christians, they don’t think they are going to preached to non-stop if they see us show God’s love through actions they might understand what a Christian really is.There are other things that can be done outside of school to show God’s love to others. Like helping your parents with out being asked or saying hi to people you meet.

Our Theme can change they way people think about Christians. As you can see there are many ways to show God’s love with out a big long sermon or even talking. If everyone lived out this theme it would should people that don’t believe in God what God, Jesus, and Christians are all about.
