Nutrition and Exercise

I learned that I have to eat different kinds of foods and eat in moderation. I learned that we need from 2,000 to 2,500 calories a day. I also learned how to take my heart rate and my target heart rate zone. I have to go outside and exercise at least three or four times a day.

I think that what we learned matters because it helps us stay healthy and eat more varieties of stuff. I think it’s important because by going outside and playing we can get stronger and skinnier.

Now that I know I should stay healthy and know how to I’m going to try and eat more fruits and vegetables. I think I could use more carbs too. I’m also going to play outside more and not on my computer.
