Bible Persecution Project

April1

While doing this Bible project on persecuted christians, I learned that even though the christians in Egypt, for example, are being persecuted badly, they still respond with love. After one orphanage was burned down because of the religion of the people, they painted a message on the wall that said that they forgive the people for what they’ve done, and encouraged them to love others. It teaches me that our job as christians is to spread love even to our enemies. Even the Bible says that the most important thing is love. It also shows me how strong of faith the people in Egypt have. It inspires me to strengthen my own faith and remember those who are doing a great job even with what they are going through.

After finishing this project, I am going to pray for the persecuted christians and spread news about them to my church and to social networks. I will find someone each week online who is being persecuted, whether it’s a family, a group of people, or one person, and I will pray for them every day that week, and then change it the next week. I really hope that I can help those who are being persecuted all over the world.
