God at Work

In the recent Bible classes, we have been learning about Saul, who we have come to know as Paul, and his ministry after he was converted. Many things in Paul’s past helped him spread God’s word. One of these things is that he had Roman and Jewish citizenship. This helped him travel more freely and ultimately extend the reach of the good news. Also, he had training as a Pharisee. That helped him understand scripture and relate to a larger crowd. In his early life, he was a tentmaker and mastered the art of making tents. This made his missions much easier because he could build himself a tent when he was traveling. And the last thing is that he was very wealthy. This allowed him more resources and made the traveling much easier.

God has been at work in me in many ways. One of these ways is that through worship team, worshiping has become much more important and I feel much closer to God when I worship. Some elements of my past that God may use in the future are how I can speak two languages and I can go on mission trips to Spanish speaking countries and be able to spread God’s word to them.
