it has the body that represents a pontoon. we wrapped the body in tinfoil. and we connected the two parts of the pontoon with craft sticks. we placed a styrofoam cup in the middle. we taped down the cup with masking tape. finally we hot glued the tinfoil sail onto the front of the boat and cupped it. when we tested it it went 4.18 seconds incredible time but at the end it slowed but we believe someone blocked the fan with their boat.
