nutrition and exercise

2 things I have learned about is 1. We need calories and 2. How to take my heart rate. These two things matter because if we don’t have calories then we can’t burn them off we become lazy slobs which we don’t want to be and if our heart rate is under the target heart rate zone then we are not getting enough exercise and then we become lazy slobs again which we don’t want to be. I am going to change how long i play out side from 30 mins to 1 hour and eat at least 3 fruits at every meal.
