• The country was originally Muslim. Their flag was even based off muslims.

• The green on the Pakistani flag represents the Muslim majority and the white represents the other SMALL religions.
• Their country became independent in 1947, after WW2.
• At one point the British ruled over Pakistan.

• Pakistan is located in Asia, west of China and Northeast of India.
• Pakistan is on the other side of the world from the USA.
• Pakistan is smaller than the USA but bigger than Michigan.
• Most of Pakistan’s 193.2 Million people are located in Karachi which houses 21.1 Million.
• Karachi is the 7th most populated city in the world.
