Camp Reflection 2

1. What verse spoke to you? What did it say to you?

The verse that spoke to me the most was Psalm 139:13-14. It says that God knit us together, and that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. That is one of my favorite verses in the bible. The words fearfully and wonderfully made are so powerful, and they are super important. It says that we are precious, and we are created by God, and we are perfect in his eyes.

2. List our group goals. Which one are you going to work on? What will that look like?

This day reminded us of the community we shared at camp. We were reminded of our group goals too. Some of them were, Include others, Welcome people, respect others, be fun-loving. Don’t talk behind people’s backs. We were recognized for how well we did with the first four. But don’t talk behind people’s backs, that one is especially hard for me, gossiping. There’s always something interesting going on, that I need to talk about. But for the most part, its if i’m mad at someone for something that they did. So I tell people and talk behind their backs. I don’t want to be that kind of person who calls people bad things, but I feel like that’s who i’m becoming. Like if someone from school read some of my texts, they would be really, really mad at me or even cry maybe. I don’t want to be that kind of person though, so i’m going to keep trying to be the person that God wants me to be. I think life will be a lot less dramatic and i’ll enjoy it more, and get to do the things I want to do, if I take a step back from all of that.

3. Take a picture of your 3 cards.
