Book Review

The Battle of The Labyrinth , written by Rick Riordan is a book that is about a God’s son who has to travel through a labyrinth to stop an arch enemy from destroying his camp, but he has to find a certain person to help him and his camp fight off a really evil guy/army.

This book starts in a camp where only kids who are sons of the Gods are aloud in this camp. So it starts in the camp, then the guy who is the leader of the camp Charon goes to the main character Percy Jackson and tell him that Luke the really evil guy is sending an army to come through the labyrinth and destroy the camp. So after hearing what Charon had to say Percy went to his friends Annebeth, Grover, and Tyson and told them about what Charon said. Then a few days later the entire camp went out to play a deadly camp of capture the flag and Percy, Annebeth, Grover, and Tyson we surrounded by huge scorpions and had no where to go but there was 2 big rocks and they all had fallen through the 2 big rocks and turns out that those 2 big rocks where the entrance to the labyrinth. So all 4 of them went back to Charon and told him that they had found the entrance to the labyrinth and they were going to go in and try to find Dealedus (a really smart person) to help them fight against the army.

My favorite part in The Battle Of The Labyrinth is probably the part where Percy, Annebeth, Grover, and Tyson are in the Labyrinth and are try to get around and they are going into a really small room where the walls are closing in on them.

I recommend people that like ancient things and monster and fighting would like to read this.
