Reflecting as a Learner

I like learning about science right now in science we are learning about tectonic  plates and what they do and how they create stuff like if they are convergent I think they make mountains, when the plates are going divergent they make deep sea trenches, and when the tectonic plates go transformed they make earthquakes. I have enjoyed learning about energy in science like some types of energy are: Potential, Kinetic, Solar,Mechanical, Light, Electrical.

A skill that I learned in Health and fitness is to stay healthy emotionally, spiritually, physically and socially. It all depends on spiritual health because if you are spiritually healthy you are healthy in all the rest of the things. Another skill is in math that I am learning, i’m learning how to make a percent from a decimal and how you find the percent or using it to find out what it is out of.  In math one thing that I liked learning about  is how to make Line Plots, Frequency tables, and much more. (They were one of the most easiest things to learn.)

I think that I work well learning in groups like what Mr. J lets us do to read and they also help you if you don’t understand something. I also like learning online and  playing games that make you learn  on you’re computer like when Miss L let us play the mandatos game that was online and it really helped me.

Stress

Stress for me is when I feel pressured to do something and when the thing that is giving me stress gets me really nervous.  I get stress when i’m really nervous and I can’t get my mind off of that thing. Right now,I don’t really do anything to get my mind off of the stress that i’m having , but I want to respond to stress by taking my mind off of it bye maybe trying to play a game or to not think about the thing that is causing us stress. I could watch TV, do a craft or do something fun that makes me not think about it. In conclusion I need to start to get my mind off of the stress.
