El verano pasado visité a Europa. Era muy fácil viajar entre países porque no tuve que parar en las fronteras. Ni siquiera tuve que cambiar dinero! Yo viajé desde Portugal a Polonia en solo cuatro horas! Me siento muy seguro en Europa porque no hay mucho conflicto entre los países porque todos trabajan juntos como equipo.
In these last few weeks of math we have made carnival games that have something to do with probability. We made a spinner game where you have to draw a card from the card pile that we made and then spin the spinner to see if you spin the color that was on your card. This helped us learn about probability because we had to find the probability of spinning the same color that is on your card.
The thing that I learned about probability is that we can use probability in a lot of things. In these last two weeks we learned probability from games, such as yahtzee and our carnival game. Probability can help a lot if you go to a carnival and want to know which game you would probably win more than others.
I liked doing this kind of math because we still learned how to do math related stuff, but at the same time we are using our creativity which makes it more fun than sitting at a desk doing math problems.
