I learned about the age difference so if you live at the top of Africa you live longer than you do more in the south. There is a lot of poverty and not everyone has clean water and there is not a lot of good hospitals. There are sicknesses like malaria and others. How many people live in Africa. What country is the biggest in Africa. How can we get clean water to everyone and have it be good water. I wonder what there junk food is like. I wonder how much languages are in Ethiopia.

My Favorite film was strong water. It was about surfing in a river in Montana. It looked really cool and I want to try it some time. It was important because it inner city kids came to try it and that gave them something to do. The guys started by just kayaking and then on of the guys tried to surf and now they surf it and clean places up so that they can surf in the river. and they wanted to try something new. It could be dangerous because of the rocks but they cleaned it to make it safe.

The girl was the first girl ever to win and compete in the eagle contest. So they show here story of her wanting to be an eagle huntress and her dad helps her get her dream. But the elders do not approve of her being an eagle huntress. It is important because everyone should be able to compete in events. After she won the event the elders still did not like her having an eagle but she stayed strong and went in to the mountains and she and her eagle killed the fox and she was so happy that she did it.

I learned that there were  thousands of people that went to jail in a span of three days because they wanted their voices to be heard. The part of the movie that had the fire fighters spray the people with water was terrible and it hurts because my cousin has a friend who is a fire fighter  and he sprayed us with his hose. It made me feel awful  because people were  throwing chairs at the black people. I believe everyone should be treated the same.

A Savior

God’s grace and forgiveness made completely by Jesus. God sent Jesus to die on the cross to save us from our sins because God loves us more than anyone could love anything. God is the creator and he saved us  so we can go to Heaven. At the end of the Bible that he will come back one day and destroy the old Earth and make a new one. We will all go to heaven and live in peace forever and Eternity.  My visual is a beautiful garden because God is going to come and we will live in a beautiful place forever. My reflection is that God will come and he always keeps his promises because he is the savior.

Slide to destruction

Israel worshiped bale. They take advantage of the poor. It is like a cycle God sends Prophets but then they turn back to evil ways and it keeps on repeating. Babylon  captures the Israelites and then there in exile. When there’s war in the world that is not the right thing we need to all like each other  and live in peace. My visual is a slide because they slide into destruction. My reflection  is we need to follow God and not worship any other person or thing.

Symbol of a lamp

God made a covenant with David saying his line will rule forever. God is light and he leads us through the darkness.  When we’re in the dark we use a flashlight to get us through so we are able to see what is in front of us. God is like the flashlight and he leads us through hard times because he is the light for our path. God always keeps his promises. My visual is a flashlight because he is the light for our path. My reflection is when times are scary God will be with us and get us through.

Sent to promised land

We need to trust God. The Israelites trusted him to bring them food to eat when they needed it. When they had to cross the river they were scared to but they trusted in God to keep them safe. We need to trust in God to keep us safe and he will always be with us. When my uncle was really sick and he died I had to trust God to get me through it and then my grandpa great died and that was even more ruff because my uncle died a month before so I had to really trust in God. My visual is a trust fall because we need to trust that the person will catch us. My reflection is it is hard to trust in God when times are hard.
