Making Friends

The moving truck pulled into the driveway. Ally walk out with her sister. She walk up the driveway by her mom.

“ Why do we have to move here? I miss all my friends!” Ally cried out.

Mom replied “Dad’s work is closer to the house now and all the cousins live closer here too.”

They walk in the house. It already look bigger than the old house. Their family needed a bigger one.

“Now I have to make friends and have to go to a different school!” Ally exclaimed.

“Well go help me unpack the stuff that will get your mind off from it.” mom smiled.

They walk out door BOOM the door slammed. Ally turned around with her 2 year old sister at the door window giggling .They went to the truck. There was10 boxes in the house. Ally still couldn’t get her mind off of having no friends.

“Mom I still can’t get my mind off of the no friend thing!” Ally yelled. When her mom got up the driveway and went inside following Ally inside.

 

Ally unpacked all her stuff in her room.

“Hey all come up here it time for lunch,” called her mom. Ally walked up the stairs. She was smelling the pizza.She sat down at the table.

“How is all the unpacking going?’’ asked mom.

“I only unpacked 5 boxes so one more to go !’’Ally exclaimed.

“I am done!” Ally sister Emma yelled. Ally’s mom sat in the seat Emma sat in right next to Ally.

“ You need to make to friends.” mom told Ally calmly. Ally’s face turned red,bright red.

“I can’t, I’m too shy.” Ally whispered. Just then Ally’s dad walked in wet, like he jump into a pool.

“It started to rain then it started to pouring!” dad shouted.

“I was just talking to Ally that she needs to make friends.” mom groaned.

“Oh.” dad’s face turn pale. ”Ally why don’t you go outside and ride your bike? I got it out of the truck.” asked dad.

“I thought you said that it was raining?” asked Ally.

“Well when it stops raining.”dad told her. Ally walk slowly to the window and wondered when she could go outside again.

 

The rain stopped Ally got on her bike. She went around once.

“I thought I would see some people.” Ally moaned. Then she heard someone call  . . .

“Hey come play with me!” Someone to play with her? Why? She thought that no one would want to play with her. She thought she should go over there. She biked up the driveway.

“I never saw you here, are you new?” the person asked.

“Yes,I am.” Ally mumbled. The girl had brown hair and brown eyes. She had dark everything!

“My name is Madeline but you can call Maddie.” exclaimed Maddie.

“My name is Ally.” Ally was feeling better. She was glad she made a friend. Ally was feeling better. She was glad to make a friend.

Ally ran to her bike just then she noticed her house right on the left of her house! She went to her house as fast as she could.

“Where are you going?” asked Maddie.

“Home.” Ally replied. “I live right next door!” Ally biked up the driveway. Her mom was sitting in a lawn chair watching Emma play.

“Mom I got  good, no, great news! I made a friend her name is Madeline but she said you can call her Maddie. She lives right next door!” Ally told her mom. Her mom grinned. Her dad walked out the door. Ally told the whole thing to her dad.

“I told ya!” dad yelled “You got on your bike and made a friend!” his smile was so big.

“It’s only one.” Ally whispered. so dad couldn’t hear.

     “I thought you were coming back!” it was Maddie so Ally ran to her house.

Then Maddie asked “Do you want to have a sleepover? All my friends are going to be there.”

“I will ask my mom.” Ally went over to her house again and asked her mom and ran back.

“She said yes!”Ally laughed. She went to go pack and came back an hour later. There was soooo many people!

“Hi Ally!” she heard someone yell. It sounded like someone that she knew, just then she saw her cousin!

“What are you doing here?”asked Ally with a smile on her face she knew someone!

“Well, I’m in her class her class so I now her pretty well”,exclaimed her cousin Molly.Then they all got their pajamas on and went to sleep.

 

They all woke up the next morning.

“Let get dressed and then eat breakfast”,Maddie exclaimed.They all ran upstairs.

“Wait Maddie”,Ally shouted,”Why do you want us to leave?”

“Well I told all the parents that they should come at 10:00.Well my sister is having a volley ball thing and I have to go to it”,Maddie exclaimed.

“Oh, then I guess that we should get eating!”,replied Ally.They raced upstairs to join the others.They came downstairs to pack their stuff.

Ally ran out to her house. She dragged her suitcase inside. She guessed her mom was in there to tell her mom all about the night.
