During this design project that our sixth grade has completed I think that every body has improved on team work and talking to other people that we don’t know.The skills that I specifically  have seen grow in me is probably team work and taking in other peoples ideas.  The other thing that I have improved on is probably not being so scared to talk to people that I don’t know like what we did during the interview.  I would recommend this project or activity to other schools in the area and in this township. I greatly appreciate what this project has done for me and my class. every thing that I have learned could and will be used in the futur. The book THE UNWANTEDS

This book the unwanteds is the best book every. The book is that every year in quill their town thirteen year olds are sorted into categories: The strong, intelligent wanteds go to university  and the artistic unwanteds go to their graves.

On the day of Purge, identical twins Alex and Aaron Stowe await their fate. While Aaron is hopeful becoming a wanted, Alex knows his chances are slim. He has been caught drawing with a stick in the mud and in the stark grey land of Quill, being creative is a death sentence.

But when Alex and the other unwanteds face the Eliminators, the discover an eccentric magician named Mr. Today and his hidden world that exists to save the condemned children. Artimé is a colorful place of talking uncommon creatures, and artistic magic, were creativity is considered a gift and a … weapon.

Design project

In the past week our 6th grade has been working on the what if project. The what if project has helped me learn and develop on the work of socializing and working together. The information the citizens of Zeeland has informed me on a whole range of things like on what is the most popular thing that the city wants or needs. The ideas that we have encountered are a range of diffirent verities of ideas there are some good ones and some very interesting ones. I think one of the best ideas was a water fall with some greenery at the edge or at the bottom and some places just to hang out and eat at a picnic. The process that we took is to sketch and draw the design so we could visualize our work. Us building on the ideas of others is a technique that I think our grade has mastered and our group specifically is really good at working together. the most crazy idea was from Jarod harsevoort and his idea was to role a big hamster ball of of Brummels and into a pool thats pretty weird. but if we just had a giant hamster ball and rolled around in it that would be cool.
