The most meaningful part of the Lords prayer, to me would be ” your will be done on earth as it is on heaven. That phrase is speaking to us that we would do as things are done on heaven. To act as though we were in heaven. That is why christianity is created, to be a follower of Jesus so that we may one day meet him. So to do that we need to follow as Jesus did, because he was in heaven and the epitome of it, and the point of the phrase is that we act as he does and do God’s bidding. And this is directed at us, me. That is why it is special, because it talks to me.
