When the glacier melts you can see how is changed. Because of the the weight of the glacier the rocks eroded. The valley is now more of a u shaped valley. The mountains over time get smaller. The valley will get wider when the mountains erodes.

  This is a science project. We had to make a volcano.

Stoning of Stephen

The twelve disciples gathered together and said brothers and sisters choose seven people who are known to be full with the spirit. They chose Stephen a man of faith and the Holy Spirit. They presented the men that were chosen to the apostles and they put their hands on them and prayed for them.  Stephen was a christian in the early church. He was the first Christian to be martyred. He was was put in front of the members of the Sanhedrin and began to speak. He talked to the members of the sanhedrin. When he was done the members of the Sanhedrin were very mad at Stephen. They were so mad that they dragged him out of the city yelling at the top of their voices and stoned him. Before He died he started to pray “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.” Then he fell on his knees and cried out “Lord, do not hold this sin against them.” After he said that he fell asleep.

We made a tower out of spaghetti and marshmallows. It had to survive an earthquake with an egg on it. I was harder than I thought. It was fun tok try it. We could buy incoherence for it, but out group did not.

The Holy Spirit is the third person. He is eternal all knowing and divine. We know that the Holy Spirit is because He is in you and controls your mind and emotions. He keeps you from temptation and reveals Christ in us. The Spirit teaches us to pray.

The holy Spirit reveals what has been given to us from God. He sets us free from sin. He leads us into good not into bad. He comforts us and gives us access to God. The Spirit washes us and forgives us.

I am a clift.

When you are climbing up it there is some spots when you can’t find a spot to keep going but you eventually find it. When you seems like you can’t go any further you can always find a way to keep going. If I am mad or frustrated then that is one way I’m like a clift.

Another way I’m like a clift is that as soon as I think I’m at the top theres always more to go. When I think that there is a problem then I think it is solved then sometimes there’s more. When I feel like I just want to give up I need to keep preserving.

A different way I’m like a clift is sometimes there is falling rocks. There will always be falling rocks along the way of life. Sometimes life will be hard but you just have to hang on. When I’m tired I feel like this.

I am like a cliff because I might fall down but I just have to climb back up. If I’m having bad day I feel like I’m falling down. When life I just not going my way I feel like I can’t climb back up but I need to keep going. When I’m tempted to do something I should not be that is another example.

I went bowling yesterday with ZCS. I was in a lain with Dan, Andrew, Fred, and Maguire. We played two games and I got in 3rd place the first and I did not do as good the second time.

When he was about to die he was not thinking of himself he was thinking of others. I think that it is cool that he was in the most pain ever and he was confuting other people.

Theme Writing

They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the world. Psalm 19: 3-4

When 7^th grade I went to leadership camp and we had to mind a theme and theme verse . Our class chose the verse psalm 19: 3-4. We decided that this would be the best verse that we could found.

There are many ways to shout silently in the world and in 8^th grade. I think that there are so many different that we can shout silently this year.

I can shout silently in 8^th grade in big ways and in small ways. In 8^th grade this year I can help in small ways and in big ways by helping others with there homework if they need it. I can be respectful to others by being quiet when I walk In the halls. After eating lunch I should clean up after myself. In class I can listen to the teacher and not joke around. I can shout silently in 8^th grade in big ways and in small ways

I can shout silently in small and big ways in the world. When I’m at home I can set the table without my parents asking. When my little brother wants to play with me I should. I can volunteer at city on the hill. If my room needs to be clean I can clean it willingly not fighting with my parents about it. I can shout silently small and big ways in the world.
