God helped Ruth .God had a plan to get Ruth to believe in the one true God. Ruth said   ” Don’t urge me to leave you or to turn back where you go i will go ,where you stay i will stay, yourpeople will be my people, your God my God ,where you die i will die ,and there i will be buried. May the lord deal with me, be it ever so severly,if even death seperats you and me.” the lord had a plan for  Ruth and he has one for you to:)
