For this project, I worked with Linus, Kyper, and Levi D. We researched the country of Iran. An interesting fact that stood out to me was that less than 1% percent of Iran’s population is Christian and about 99% of its population is Muslim. Another interesting fact is that Iran uses a different calendar which is called The Persian Solar Hijri Calendar. It’s said to be one of the most accurate calendar systems and is officially used in Iran and Afghanistan. A third fact about Iran that stuck out to me is that the Iranian government has lots of rules and laws for the Christians there but those rules and laws are loosely defined and commonly abused. I was happy with how our project turned out and am proud of how after the first few days of just messing around we finally got our act together and started working diligently to fully complete our PBL on the final few days.
