Paul’s life of Ministry

God was preparing Paul for a life of ministry long before Paul even considered preaching the gospel. There are lots of ways that Paul’s early life helped him in his life of ministry here are a few, Paul’s family could afford private tutors and so Paul got a very good education, this helped him because he learned different languages which means he can talk and preach to lots of different people from different places. Another way God prepared Paul was with his career. Paul was a tentmaker which meant that if he was ever in need of shelter he could most likely put a roof over his head, he could also make tents and sell them if he needed food or other necessities. God also prepared Paul with his dual citizenship. Paul was both Jewish and Roman, this helped him because Romans are treated much better and are far more respected. Romans also receive proper judicial treatment but Jews can be thrown in jail without a single trial. A fourth way God prepared Paul was by having him grow up in a very large community. By living with lots of people all around him Paul learned how to deal with different types of people and how to interact with them. God has also prepared us and given us gifts for his works. A gift that He gave me is the gift of athletics, I can use this to glorify Him and to share a sliver of what God is capable of. Another gift God has given me is the gift of leadership, I can use this to lead people in the right direction toward God and His ways.
