Out of all the acts we have studied in our time looking at the road to revolution, witch do you consider to be the harshest and why

I think the tea act was the harshest because wen the colonists throw the tea into the Boston harbor. The king got mad and made the colonists not    sell tea and that made the colonists  mad :(. The colonists  started to boycott and the king started to get mad. The colonists were boycotting and somewone throw a snow ball at a soldier an he got mad, then the soldier herd the ward fire and fired lots died 🙁 and menny injerd 🙁

why was the declaration of independence so important to the colonists

I think the declaration of independence was important to the colonists because it made them free from the kin and parliament because they didn’t like all the acts such as the quartering act the sugar act the boston massacre the boston tea party  it also made them a country, it was a way for the colonists to tell the king what they didn’t like.
