Hi my name is Spot i don’t know why my master named me that but i think it is weird i lived along the ohio river but at all times 100 men are along the river day and night guarding so no slaves escape i have to pick corn and if i rest  for one second then they will whip me the hardest part of me being a slave is because i have to work so hard and have only a small piece of meat a slice of bread and a handful of water a day.After a while i was fed up with all of the hard work so i decided to run away but there were men all along the river for 5 miles so i decided to run the opposite way until i was in the woods then i would run 10 miles in one direction and then back to the river where nobody was guarding so i ran as fast as my legs could carry me finally i was at the woods and it was day time so i made a little pile of leaves and covered my self in them until night finally it was night and i was all energized so i set off running again and in like 2 hours i reached the river i saw a boat on the shore the only thing i could do was to steal the boat and ride across the river so i did and when i reached the other side then i saw a small barn i went into it and started to sleep in the hay loft when it was morning i went to the small house that sat upon a hill the owner shoved me inside like i was his slave then he said “hurry to the adic and i will tell you a secret” so i followed him and he said “sorry i shoved you i was acting to make other people think you were my slave okay do you want to get to canada or not”

“sure” i said then he led me into the barn and shoved me again and then pushed me into the wagon under the hay after that he started to drive me to a house and that was the start of the underground railroad then after a week or so i finally reached freedom freedom was just a little hard though because i had to pay for my own food but everything turned out good in the end after 7 years living in freedom and one day i got a letter that my dad and mom died during the civil war i was super sad i think that abraham lincoln is a super good president in charge of the war so i think he will win the end!!!

one time i had to be courageous is when a tree fell over at our house it was so scary i thought for sure that school was going to be canceled in the morning but it wasn’t.

Marbles on the ramp experiment

What did i learn from this experiment.

The higher the ram the more force pulls the marble down by gravity. friction may slow the marble down weight can have more acceleration to.

These are the ideas we have for are pinball machine.

Some ideas i have is that we put a wall of green cardboard in the middle of the pinball machine with some mountains and tunnels at the bottom so the ball can go to the other side at the other side i think we should have rubber band bumpers.

In my realistic fiction story the problem is when Joe and Sam don’t know were to get there supplies for there movie. It is resolved when Sam figures out they should get the supplies from a tech shop on Riley street.

I love my grandparents because

We get to go to there houses on sundays.

Grandpa takes use out in the woods.

They celebrate out birthdays.

We swim in the river.

We jump on the tramp at there houses.

I went on a roller coaster.

I built a fort.

1. What have i struggled with

I have struggled in multiplication problems like 6 x8 and 3×7 and a lot more.

I can problem improve in multiplication facts
