My grandparents are special to me because…

Grandpa’s  and Grandma’s are special to me because they love me,  play games with me, and give me candy and ice cream.

What do you love about your grandparents?

I love it when my Grandpa Steenwyk takes me hunting and out for ice cream and when my Gramma Steenwyk does puzzles with me. I love it when my Gramma Huisenga plays Rummikub with me and when my Grandpa Huisenga Takes us out for  Chicago pizza and to Culvers for ice cream.

Some of my favorite memories with my  grandparents are…

When my Gramma and Grandpa Huisenga come from Chicago to stay with us and they play Rummikub with us and we have ice cream for dessert. When my Grandpa Steenwyk took me on a nature walk And we found 17 Wholly Bear caterpillars. Another memory was when my Gramma helped me make an apron for my mom for mothers day. Another good memory with my granparents was on my birthday. I had an indoor soccer game really early in the morning and they all came to my game, it was super early for my grandparents who came from Chicago because the time is an hour behind Michigan.
