In chapel today we learned to put on our God glasses and see people for how they feel and act. Mrs Newman gave us this message through bible verses and examples. We are not only known by our names but by how we act: holy, Godly people and children of God. We all can take something away this lesson we all have seen somebody who needs help and we leave somebody else to do it but that was then this is now and we will help them. weather it be on the playground or in the neighborhood or on the other side of the world, we are called to help.

5th grade had to advertise about a colony my group and I had to advertise about the colony of Massachusetts. Our group work was ok not the best I wouldn’t stop singing, we had a few disagreements about who was going to do what but not very many. We were the first group to present and it was a little hard, but we did good, if I could do it again and have all the knowledge of what happened this time I would have changed a few things. I learned that Benjamin Franklin was born in Massachusetts the native americans caught cod and sturgeon up to 18 feet long.
