En el lenguaje de español se confunden muchas veces cuando usar el pretérito y el imperfecto. Usas el pretérito cuando estás hablando de algo que pasa en un tiempo que puedes medir ó saber cuanto tiempo tomó. Usas el imperfecto cuando estás hablando de algo que pasa muchas veces ó si hay algo que no puedes medir en un tiempo.

             “A quién quieres invitar a tu fiesta” preguntó mamá. “ Todos en mi salón” respondió August. “Estos son muchas personas, estás seguro?” “Sí” respondió August. “Todos dijeron que podían venir?” “no respondieron todos, pero 5 personas dijeron que querían ir, pero algunos tenían un deporte o algo.” “o” respondí.

              “La fiesta no era cómo esperaba, pero todavía era muy guay. Mi tío Po y mi tía Kate habían llegado desde Boston. Del colegio fueron Jack, Summer, Reid, Tristan y los dos Max y Christopher también. Fue muy divertido porque los adultos se habían participado en el juego de Boliche.

In math I learned that when you use decimals in division you have to multiply both numbers by the same number to make the divisor a whole number. It will always be 10,  100, 1,000, etc. I also learned that you can do multiple step equations with decimals for example 2.3+p=9 which is p=6.7. That is what I learned in math

                  My favorite thing about band is that we are starting to play fun songs that sound really cool. My favorite song is ‘Clash and Roar’ because of the combination of harmony and separation. I also like that we can go to band during school instead of earlier in the day.
