Over a total 10 weeks we worked on making a picture book. First we looked at articles of professionals picture book writers to see what they said to get a good picture book. After that we went to 1st graders with our ideas that we made and they said what they liked. After that we made a rough draft with just words. When we were done with that our parents edited and then we finally made the final draft. Then we shared it with 1st graders but a different class. They took another survey on how they thought the book was.
