If I could change my name it would be Danielle. My dad told me that when I was born he wanted to name me Danielle I liked the name, but I would rather be called Zoe because it’s my name and it’s perfect for me.

Easter means to me that Jesus died on the cross to save us. When he carried the cross up the hill he also carried our sins. He willingly died so we could go to Heaven. He paid for our sins with his life so now we can know God and teach others about him and what he did for us on that day. That shows how much he loves us he. Loves us so much that he was willing to die for us.

The Good: we stayed at a house close to the beach so we could walk there. My dad caught a shark. It was a foot long. I got 2 hermit crabs their names are Anna and Maria. Because we got them at Anna Maria Island.

The Bad: Leaving our cats at home.

The Ugly: The car trip was terrible we had to sit in the car for about 19 hours.

For springbreak my family and I are going to Flordia. We are going to stay in a house on Anna Maria Island with my cousins. My dad and my brother will be fishing off the beach. So us girls get a lot of time to ourselves and we probably will ride the trolley around and check out all the shops and when we get back to the house we probably will go swimming in the pool.

On March 28 Charlie, Nicole, Joey, and I built this roller coaster for science. We used foam pipe insulation, tape, a marble, and cardboard tubes. We ran out of momentum at the end so we used a curve and some bumps to finish it off.

I think that the two most important acts are the first meeting of the Continental Congress and the battle of Lexington and Concord. Because the kings reaction was to try to capture the Sons of Liberty and the Colonial weapons, but they were met by Minutemen and returned empty handed and they lost a lot of British soldiers on the way. So that probably made the people start a war the Colonys wanted freedom and the king was mad, and thats how I think it started

I think the Boston Massacre is Britians fault because we just threw snowballs and Captian Preston admited to telling the men to load their guns. The whole thing started with a couple of young boys throwing snowballs at the soldiers.

My memoir is going good I have lots of stories and a great idea.
The reasons in the stories make it hard because reasons are hard to come up with to go with the story.

Dear King George,
The taxes are hurting the colonists. We ask that we get a represenitive.
We are citizens of Great Britin to. The Quartering act to me is the worst of all. You are taxing the food we buy and we have to buy food for your soldiers to. Its like paying a double tax. A boycott will start up and all of Britin’s taxes will fall. The Colonys will rule themselves. The soldiers can farm and build houses for themselves and NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION!

My group had to do research on Maryland. We made a poster with everything about Maryland, and we made a commercial. There was lots of work to be done and our commercial was to quiet so we brought in a speaker and it worked great.
