I didn’t realize that 1 out of 5 children dont’t make it past 1 year of age. Also, it shocked me that 1% of people in a certain African country had access to a phone. I didn’t realize that around half of the people in Africa won’t make it past 54. It really surprises me how much we judge people based on what they look like, to be from a certain place.

I would really like to learn more about the wildlife in Africa. I think it is really cool how there are many different animals in a couple countries. Also, I would like to learn more about the environments and why animals in Africa stay or live in the same place for most of their life.
