Yesterday we experienced some stories from immigrants like my mother and Marten VanEyk.
The first immigrant we talked to was my mother Marianne Raitz, she told us about her home costa rica and how its different from the us. She said it wasn’t difficult for her but yes it was for her kids. She spoke about food and lots of other things.
The second person we talked to was Marten VanEyke he came from Holland and he was still very used to wearing his wooden shoes and playing the harmonica “Dutch style”He was very nice and he told us about food and his culture while comparing it to american culture.
