In science we have been learning about inherited characteristics, learned behaviors, external cues, and internal cues.
Topic 1: inherited characteristics
People inherit many traits from family here are some of mine:
- I have red tints in my hair and I get it from my great Grandpa
- I can flare my nostrils and I get that from my mom
- I have blond hair and I also get that from my mom
Those are just some of the ones I can think about right now.
Topic 2: learned characteristics
- I learned to spell from my teachers
- I learned how to ride a bike from my dad
- I learned how to play cribbage from my dad
- I learned how to play the drums from my mom
those are just some of the things I have learned to do.
Topic 3 and 4 internal and external cues:
I get grumpy when I am hungry and that is an external cue
I get a headache when I am hungry and that is an internal cue
