The Pottawatomie,Ottawa,and Ojibwa tribes of Michigan lived similarly.However,they had some differences too.They constructed waganogans for summer housing.The Pottawatomie probably used nut trees while the Ottawa and Ojibwa used birch,maple and pine trees.The Pottawatomie went fishing,planted corn,and hunted.The Ojibwa and Ottawa fished, traded and hunted.The Pottawatomie used deer antlers for hoes and nut trees for spears.
