Electromagnets are something that are not magnetic, but when they are powered by a battery (energy) they
become magnetic as long as the wire that connected to the positive and negative side.

I think it is so cool you are learning about circuits and working with electromagnets! I made an electromagnet for a science fair when I was in elementary! You did a great job explaining how electromagnets must have an energy source to be magnetic! I think it would help me understand what you learned a little bit better if you wrote more about the wire connecting to the positive and negative sides. It has been a while since I worked with electromagnets, so if you write a little bit more about where you connect the wires, you can teach me something new! You are doing a great job and I’m looking forward to your next post!
