Metaphor Poem

My family is a bike.

My dad is the wheels. Leading people forward in life and making sure we dont go backwards. Making sure we try new things and new paths in life.

My mom is the breaks. She likes to slow people down and make sure they are going the right way, slowing us down so we dont get hurt.

Sydney is the color of the bike. Brightening everyones day up with her big smile and her crazy dance moves and her over all joy for life.

I am the seat cushion adding comfort to the rider. Making sure everyone feels comfortable around me and feels loved.
