Today we watched a movie called Invictus. This movie was really cool the way they showed how the relationship between the White South African’s and the Black South African’s changed. I really liked how Nelson M. leaded the government. He treated everyone the same, for instance he had 4 black officers  that were his body gards, but then one day 4 white body gards walked into their office and said they were going to work together. Nelson M. was working on forgiveness so that the government could lead by example so that all South Africa would do the same. Also, Nelson M. focused on something small to make a big change. He focused on Rugby, which is the big sport in South Africa. In the result of Nelson’s confidence, the Rugby team that was not very good, won the Rugby world cup. I liked how the captain of the rugby team respected that the President wanted them to win, but just give their best. In the end, you can see how kindness goes a long way.
