1 thing that gives me stress is public speaking. When I have to speak for something I tend to get nervous and stumble with my words and then I thats it and I walk off the stage or out of the room. I respond to it by settling down and talking myself through it and telling myself I will do fine it gives me stress because I think that I might mess up and then I will fail and I will get embarrassed and I think people will laugh at me. I want to respond by walking my self through it and think about the good things not the bad things which is something I tend to do.
