If I discovered a new island, before anyone moved there I would make a government for the island. The people I would choose for the government would be smart and intelligent people that know what they are doing. I would choose these people because they will do what is best for the people living on the island. Some of the laws that I would make at the island are… The speed limit is 80 miles per hour on the highway. And instead of normal cars, there would be flying cars and you could go 300 miles per hour.
