Rock, Sediment, Rock

In science we are learning about rocks. When something like water for example has been beating on the rock for a really long time it turns into sediment. So we tried to do that. We used crayons instead of rocks and we use tools instead of water. Then we put it in tinfoil and set under something hard for millions and millions of minutes instead of millions and millions of years. Then we took out from under the heavy thing and tinfoil and they were rocks! It didn’t work that well but it still made it easier to understand. I had a fun time doing this in science!
