Every kid should exercise because you can stay in shape, get more sleep, and you get a longer lifespan. Many people think that you don’t need exercise but if you don’t exercise you might not have a longer lifespan. A lot of people don’t realize that exercise can have you stay in good shape.A lot of people don’t think that getting more sleep is important and exercising can make you have more sleep.

Carley says “that you can stay active” Noah says “so you can participate in sports” Nolan says “So you can play outdoors.” But regular exercise and physical activity can also have a direct impact on your everyday life. The benefits they provide can help you stay strong and fit enough.

 

I hope that my three reasons to exercise:  staying in shape, having a longer lifespan, getting more sleep,  convinces you to exercise rather than stay on the couch.
