On Wednesday/Thursday a tornado hit Texas. This tornado hit in Granbury and Millsap and other small towns that weren’t mentioned. This tornado was really bad and killed about 6 people, injured around 45, and 7 people are missing as of yesterday. This tornado was listed to be a EF-4 which means that the tornado got to an massive winds speed of 200 MPH. (That’s how fast some nascar drivers go.) Some claim that the tornado was at least 1-mile wide. One of the officers on the scene said “I have been assured by my deputies of the 6 that we found, but there was a report that 2 of them were found not even close to their homes.” During this huge storm there was an estimated 10 tornadoes that touched down. Yesterday (Thursday) there was an estimated 20,000 business’ and homes that have no electricity. This storm hit a very good area of Texas. about 50 miles south of Dallas. In this storm there was grapefruit sized hail that hit but the hail only cause minor damage.

Opinion:

These kind of storms just freak me out. With the mile wide tornado and grapefruit sized hail, clearing neighborhoods and destroying 100’s of houses. Killing people and injuring a lot of people at the same time.
