¡Queridos Padres!

-> Next week Thursday the 19th we will have our Christmas Chapel. First graders will participate in leading part of the worship.  We’d love to see you come and join us for this as well to celebrate the birth of Christ the Newborn King!  9:00AM in the gym.
-> During this holiday season,  all of the first grades will be focusing on the many ways we can thank God in our giving.  As a First Grade project, we would like to collect hats and mittens to give to His Harvest Stand. Our hope is to walk over and deliver our donations in person the last week in December. Feel free to send new or gently used hats or mittens to school anytime after Thanksgiving!  Thank you!
Thank you so much for your generosity! We will walk to City on the Hill to bring hats and mittens on December 19 from 1:00 pm – 2:00ish. You still have time to send hats, gloves, and/or mittens.
For this walk, I will need the help of a couple (2) of parents that can come and walk with us. Please, let me know if this is possible for you.
-> Here are the day and time for our “Jingle Jog” Wednesday, December 18 at 11:30 -12:00.
-> Our Christmas celebration will be on December 20th from 12:50 – 1:55 pm.
-> The community is invited…

Macedonia Baptist Church is putting on a Musical in Spanish and they wanted to be sure our immersion student knew about this great opportunity to experience Spanish in the community. On December 22 at 11:00am they will present Un regalo de amor (A Gift of Love). See the attached invitations for more information.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions, suggestion or advice.

Grace & Peace;
Maestra Ruiz
