I learned that if any planet has an axis then it has seasons. What amazes me most is how big and how complex God made our planet and the whole entire universe. God was not mentioned in the presentation. I think that is because I don’t think that school was a Christian school. If I was giving the presentation I would say some of the stuff that the man presenting to us said, but I would also mention God in my presentation and say that he made the universe and he made everything in this universe possible.

These are some examples you can use for good internet research:

1. You can use the easy who is website to check the owner of a website.

2. You can put quotes around certain words to have less search results.

3. You can search within a domain (SiteName;.edu or SiteName;.gov).

4. You can be very specific with your searches keyword.

5. You can use Google to check a website.

Hope these examples helped!

Position of moon at “Full Moon” and “New Moon”

images   It is a full moon when the earth is directly in front of the moon. It’s like that because the suns rays reflect off the moon, and when the earth is in front off the moon we can see all full side of the moon. That’s when and why we can see a full moon sometimes.

Full_moon_and_lighting_orbit_1 It is a new moon when the moon is directly in front of the earth. It’s like that because the suns rays reflect off the moon back at the sun, so when it’s night time we can’t see any of the moon. That’s when and why there is a new moon.

Bible So Far…

(Sorry this was posted so late, never got around to finishing it.)

Genesis 3:15 says that God would send a Savior, and he would crush satan and save us from sin. God did that because he couldn’t have His image bearers always live in sin, we needed a Savior. He sent one.

To Abraham God said that he would be fruitful and increase in number, and his line would fill the earth. And that never again would he use a flood to destroy the earth. God said whenever you see a rainbow let it be a reminder of my covenant with you. The rainbow is kind of like a sideways bow and the lightning is like the arrows of God’s wrath, and a rainbow always appears after rain.

The promise God made with Noah was he would never destroy the earth with a flood again.
