2. Don’t always have your face in technology.
3. Give your Mom and Dad hugs.
Idea: Try to do these things everyday. How does it change your life?

My sister is awesome and really nice. She is really funny and smiles a lot. She loves gymnastics and swimming. When she was swimming at our cousins house she slipped off the step and after that day all she would do was sit on the step. But the other day she started swimming anywhere and yesterday she jumped of the diving board. I was so proud of her. I love my sister and she loves me back. Guess what she is going to preschool this year.
I’m having a great summer and I am waiting for August to come because on the 1st it’s my sister Khloe’s birthday and she is turning 4 and on the 4th my family is going up north to our cottage in Allanson. Our cousins Dylan and Trevin are coming with My Aunt Kelli and Uncle Dave in their camper. When we are up there I am going to try water-skiing and my brother might try knee-boarding and my sister is going tubing. In the comments tell me what your doing this summer. don’t forget to keep scrolling down and looking at my other posts.
Today we put dum dum suckers in baby food jar full of hot water. We watched them melt (dissolve)! We also used a couple of different variables to see how they would melt. See my pictures!

On May 28 3B went to Van Raalte farm for a field trip. In my group was Elizabeth, Kaylie, Zack, Zeke, and Mrs. Kathy. Our driver was Mrs. DenBleyker.
I learned that Lake Macatawa has a nickname. It is Lake Macatoilet. It is called that because our watershed is really small and the water doesn’t have that much time to filter. Also our sewer pipes go into Lake Macatawa.
I also got to take a hike with numbers 12-21. We got to see owl pellets, poison ivy, hamlock trees, and a bunch of other things. Later we got to go into the river with nets and look for things. I found a crayfish and some bugs. I got to dump out the container that held all of the river creatures. Our calculation for polluted water was clean. The other ones were very clean, polluted, or very polluted.
That was my favorite field trip because we got to learn a bunch of new things. We also got to touch things and I like field trips when you get to touch things.
I’m sure all of the plagues were terrible to live through. Many of them changed lives forever, but I think the worst one to live through must have been the Nile River turning into blood. Think of it, not drinking for a week. The Bible says seven days and we all know that’s a week.
All the fish died, every pot, barrel cantine, and bottle of water turned to blood. The only place you could get water was from the ground.
“You saw the suffering of our ancestors in Egypt; you heard the cry at the Red Sea. You sent signs and wonders against Pharaoh, against his officials and all the people of his land, for you knew how arrogantly the Egyptians treated them. You made a name for yourself, which remains to this day.You divided the sea before them, so that they passed through dry ground, but you hurled their pursuers into the depths, like a stone into the mighty waters. By day you led them with a pillar of cloud, and by night with a pillar of fire to give them light on them light on the way they were to take.
Nehemiah 9:9-12
Our theme this year is GO and make disciples of all nations. This means that we should tell others who don’t know about God. You can tell them at a playdate or a sleepover or even just on the playground at school.
This year my goal is to tell at least two people about Jesus.
I just thought of this. Think, a pastor has told a lot of people about Jesus. Your pastor has told you about Jesus. Your pastor has baptized you and that was the first time you have ever heard about God. Your pastor has baptized 20 year old people and older sometime in his or her live. You know why? They didn’t know about God until then.
You are probably wondering where you have to go to tell others about God . Like I said earlier, you don’t have to go to a different state or country. you can do it right on the bus or on the playground.
Now you know what God means when he says “Go and make disciples.”
Praise the Lord, for the Lord is good; sing praise to his name, for that is pleasant. For the Lord has chosen Jacob to be his own, Israel to be his treasured possession.
