The book was about these 2 kids who lived in a place called syburgo and all the people there loved the ocean and they had there house decorated with all kinds of stuff that involves the ocean and they went walking around one day and found this secret island and discovered that they once had a ocean in syburgo that all the old people would keep a secret and there was this pirate that lived there and he was there ancester and it took them a long time to figure that out and at the end the boy and girl write a letter to him in a bottle and it says that they want a ride on the pirate boat because they think he is alive
