Semana de Inmigración
Me impactó cuando el describí cuántas personas venían para una visa, y cuantas personas hay allí. Me impactó escuchar su historia y ver cómo Dios ha impactado su vida. Para mi, mis pensamientos de “muchas personas” han cambiado mucho.

He was from pakistan, he went somewhere (I forgot) as a refugee, and he was there for 3 years until he got accepted to go to the US. He came to the US in 2016, so almost a year ago. He came with his family except for his father, who was killed in pakistan. They were never declined, because his father was well known, so they were in danger as his family.
Rosa
Her husband went to the US to get a better job and to support her and their newborn. They didn’t have a house in Mexico, and they didn’t have enough money for their baby. A little bit after her husband left, she and their baby went to the US. It was really hard for her to leave her family and friends, and she didn’t know any english, so when she got there, it was really hard for her. At first, she was very depressed, because she didn’t have any friends there, and her whole family, except her husband and their baby, were back in Mexico.
In salam neighbor, a thing that stood out to me was when the kid was talking about how they blew his school up, and how he was traumatized. It really amazed me how much people were in the camp, and how much people there were who were still in Syria. The movie really opened me to the reality there when the people were telling their stories. A lot of the stories was really sad like when a lady was talking about how her son was shot in the leg, then was pulled behind a tank, then was taken to the sidewalk and killed.
Desafío de Consumo
Mi desafío es no usar una cama, porque mucha gente en el mundo no tienen camas. Para mí, era muy difícil dormir en el piso, porque cada día, duerme en mi cama. Yo conozco a mucha gente que tiene cama; todos mis amigos tienen camas. Yo hice esto para mejor entender cómo personas más pobres viven. Para mí, era mucho más difícil que creía porque yo uso mi cama para muchas cosas, por ejemplo poner mis zapatos, leer y muchas otras cosas. También era muy difícil porque muchos días, después de la escuela, yo voy a mi cama y siento allí para como diez minutos.
No usaba mi cama por una semana porque quería saber cómo es vivir sin cama. Mi semana era muy difícil no usar mi cama, especialmente en las primeras días. Después de la primera noche, mi espalda sentía tan mala. Era muy difícil no usar mi cama porque cada día uso mucho. En la mañana, yo necesitaba hacer cosas en el piso que usualmente hizo en mi cama, por ejemplo poner mis zapatos. La peor cosa para mí era que no podía dormir en mi cama; entonces yo dormí en el piso. También era muy difícil, porque no es solamente que no pudo usar mi cama, pero no podía usar las camas de otras personas, como no podría ir en la cama de mi papá y acariciar mi perro. Y también, estaba jugando oso con Calvin, y el hizo un tiro desde su cama, y yo necesitaba hacerlo en el piso porque no podía usar camas.
Creo que mi desafío no era un gran afecto, pero todavía sí. Creo que el impacto más grande estaba en yo mismo. Me impactó porque dormir en el piso era muy difícil, y me impactó saber cómo mucha gente en el mundo duermen. Creo que si la mayoría de la población haría el desafío, creo que ellos van a ver cuán difícil es, y creo que muchos de ellos van a dar camas, o algo cómodo para las personas que duermen en el piso cada día. Aprendía que otras personas en el mundo viven difícilmente. Creo que más pobres personas no van a poder dormir tan bueno como nosotros, como cuando cada mañana mi espalda dolería. Creo que también tenía un efecto en mi familia, porque cuando ellos veían cuán difícil es dormir en el piso, quizás van a ayudar a personas sin camas obtener unos. Yo también aprendí que personas más pobres quizás no van a poder trabajar tan duro si sus espaldas duelen cada mañana.
Después de la semana, yo voy a pensar más en cómo otros viven. Ahora, cada vez que voy en mi cama, pienso de la semana cuando no podía usar mi cama, y pienso en otros en el mundo que tienen que dormir en el piso. No voy a continuar el desafío, pero voy a alentar que otras hacen el desafío. Después de hacer el desafío, creo que otras personas deben hacer un desafío del consumo para que saben mejor cómo otros viven. Creo que voy a hacer otro desafío del consumo para entender aún más como otras personas viven. Cuando estaba haciendo el desafío, también sentía que no tenía mucho espacio porque tenía muchas cosas al lado de mí, como mi reloj, mi mochila, y muchas otras cosas. El desafío era muy difícil, pero en el fin, era una experiencia que era buena, y nunca lo voy a olvidarlo.
If I was the director of toy story 4
Toy story 4 is coming out, and if I was the director of toy story 4 I would have it in a construction site. So what would happen is that they would wake up in a big construction area (because they are taring down the neighbor hood), and there would be construction people walking all over, and big trucks all over, big sings, machines and a LOT of other thing. What they are doing is they are making a big parking lot for the knew school they just made, They’r trying to escape but there is a cement mixer pouring in all the cement on the dirt for the knew parking lot, then after a day or two a big car that makes the lines for the parking lot comes through and paints all the lines on the parking lot. And then they have no home, what are they going to do!?
tulip time
Some times my family goes to watch the parade, but most of the time we just stay home and don’t do anything special.
request foods
What they do at request foods is that they make food for companies that ask for types of food. They do stuff such as sup and pasta and a lot of other things. Some of the thing we saw them making was macaroni and cheese, pasta and gluten free pasta and some other things, after taking a tour they gave us lunch, witch was macaroni and cheese, pasta, and then they had ice cream with hot apples on top.
if I find a knew island
If I discovered a knew island and I needed to make a government and laws and stuff like that I would; have people vote for a congress and then the congress would brain storm for what kind of president it would be best for the people. Some of the laws I would have is basically the same as in michigan, but another would be that you only need to be 15 to drive, and other stuff like that.
My spring break
This spring break me and my family went to the smoky mountains. We stayed in down town gatlinburg. We went hiking and swimming and went to ober gatlinburg were we went on the alpine slide for about a day. Almost every day we went downtown and we got fudge, we went to the arcade, we looked around and we even spent about 1/20 of the trip downtown. We did a lot of hiking, we went hiking chimney tops and at the ogles.
Mr. Breuker
Mr. Breuker is a police officer that comes to our class once a week and talks to us about drugs and whatnot. An interesting thing he’s talked to us about is what happens to you when you smoke a lot. Another interesting thing he has talked to us about is that a lot of the stuff they put in cigars is used for other stuff, such as bug poison. Another thing is how much drugs and stuff they put in cigars.

reading is important to me cause when you read it can bring you in to a hole knew universe from the book. My favorite book is james and the giant peach; what happens is a boy named james goes on an adventure with these giant bugs that are as big as a grown man!

what happened is that there is a guy who had a one man band, and this girl walked up and was going to put a coin in his cup, but then a guy from another one man band and she went over to him, but eventually she droped her coin and no one got it.

our world (describing it to an alien)
in our world you have to go to school every day to learn. Or if you learned everything you do in school you get a job and have a family. Life for me is pretty simple: you get up, you get ready for school, you go home, you get supper, you go to bed and then do it all over again.
snow day
When it was a snow day I went skiing at bitter sweat for one of the two days. The other day I just stayed home and had a sleep-over. other than that I just hung around, and played on my I pod touch. It was very fun and I did some other stuff. And that was about it.
