Algo que es muy malo que debería mejorar es que en Estados Unidos cada año hay un gasto de alrededor de 13 billones libras de toallas de papel. Esto equivale a 40 libras cada persona por año. Para ponerlo en perspectivo una persona usa alrededor de 80 rollos y en un rollo hay alrededor de 90. Así que un humano regular usa alrededor de 7200 toallas desechables cada año. Es una cantidad muy grande. Algo para notar es que una familia normal gasta alrededor de 182 dólares en toallas desechables cada año. Además cada día en E.E.U.U. gastamos 3,000 toneladas de toallas de papel. Para hacer una tonelada de toallas de papel requieren 17 árboles. Así que para cobrar gasto del E.E. U.U., cada día necesitan 51,000 árboles. De los 136 millones de toneladas de basura generado por Estados Unidos 6,500,000 toneladas son por las toallas desechables. Un ejemplo de un uso de toallas de papel muy gastoso puede ser como cuando tuve que limpiar el piso después de que mi perrita tuvo un accidente y  tuve que usar muchas toallas para limpiarlo. Esas toallas generan mucha basura.

            Para mi desafío del consumo yo decidí que no iba a usar toallas de papel, porque usar cosas desechables es algo muy malo para el medio ambiente. Usar muchas toallas de papel es una de las maneras de generar mucha basura, por que toma mucho espacio en los vertederos. Así que no use toallas desechables. Eso hizo que no generara tanta basura. Cambió mi vida un poco porque en vez de usar toallas de papel desechables yo usé toallas reusables que podían ser lavados y reusados. Algo que cambió o impacto un poco fue mi almuerzo en la escuela, mi mamá siempre me enviaba a la escuela con una toalla de papel en mi almuerzo. Muchas veces no necesitaba usarlo porque mi cara no se ensuciaba cuando comía mi almuerzo. Así que eso hacía que cada día cuando yo regresaba de la escuela botaba la toalla de papel. Él cambió impacto a mi vida diaria mucho, como después del desayuno o de la cena tenía que ir a limpiar la cara con una toalla reusable. Un ejemplo de que cambió fue cuando mi amigo, mi padre, mi hermano, y yo fuimos a un juego del fútbol. Después del juego decidimos ir a un lugar de yogur congelado. Unos minutos después cuando yo había terminado él yogur congelado mi cara estuvo un poco sucio. Tuve que esperar hasta que llegáramos a casa para poder limpiar la cara adecuadamente.

               Después de unos pocos días, el desafío de consume abrió mis ojos para ver cómo es la vida de las personas pobres que no pueden pagar el uso de toallas desechables. Eso puede ser porque un rollo puede ser usado en un día y los tipos de papel desechables buenos son muy caros. No hubo un impacto muy grande en el medio ambiente, pero si todos en Michigan o de la comunidad de Ottawa eliminarían su uso de toallas de papel por el 25% habrá un impacto grande. Esto significa que si usas alrededor de 4 toallas desechables cada día sería sólo 3, y si eliminas uno cada día en una semana ya has salvado 7 toallas. Eso es algo que realmente impacta al medio ambiente. El desafío impactó a mis padres porque no tuvieron que pagar por todos esas toallas desechables que normalmente uso. También impactó al mundo porque no tuvieron que cortar otro árbol o medio árbol para mis necesidades. No hubo un impacto grande para los vecinos mundiales, pero si hay menos basura hay menos contaminación del aire. Hay contaminación del aire cuando queman la basura para no tener que ponerlo en el vertedero. No había un gran impacto para las generaciones futuras pero todavía había un impacto porque no tuvieron que contaminar el medio ambiente por como manufacturan a las toallas de papel. El desafío afectó a mi comunidad porque no boté tanta basura, así que elimine el contaminación del aire.

               En suma el desafío del consumo me ayudó a entender cuánta riqueza tenemos nosotros en Estados Unidos. Pienso eso porque podemos pagar el gasto de algo de un uso. Con eso el  desafío me ayudó además de este ensayo para entender cuánta basura generamos por medio de las toallas de papel. Algo que ya hacía era que yo siempre le decía a mi hermano que no usará muchas toallas; porque son un gasto de árboles. Por que  si cortan demasiados árboles ya no habrá suficientes para las generaciones futuras. Si no hay suficientes árboles luego las generaciones futuras no tendrán el material para construir casas también para papel para él usó de aprender. El experiencia del desafío del consumo fue algo que voy a recordar por mucho tiempo. Hizo que abriera mis ojos para ver cómo viven personas sin mucho dinero. Además de las personas que viven donde no hay ningún lugar en su área que produce toallas de papel. También si no tienen toallas de papel puede ser porque no hay materiales para hacerlos en una comunidad pobre y rural. Yo pienso en seguir con mi desafío pero va a ser menos estricto. De modo voy a tratar de usar mínimas toallas de papel. Si hago esto, puede haber un gran impacto por el paso del tiempo. Creo que todos deben tratarlo, o pensar de cuanta basura está generada por las toallas de papel cada año. Si todos no generan tanta basura, habrá un gran impacto en el mundo.

El la película yo aprendí sobre que la pobreza es algo real. Muchas personas no van a la escuela después de 6to grado porque no pueden pagar para las materiales. En Peña Blanca la persona más rica no tenía mucho. El no tenia mucho dinero sobrante para gastos sin punto. También que muchas casas no tienen electricidad ni agua corriente. También hay agua fluyente en un solo lugar que muchas personas usan que no es muy limpio. Me impactó porque yo pude casi en persona ver a la pobreza. Yo ya sabía sobre pobreza por otras personas pero esa película me impactó mucho porque pude ver como era la pobreza. Además yo podía ver cuanto esas personas eran muy cercanos y eran casi una gran familia porque todos ayudaban a todos. Ahora yo voy a ser más pensativo y estar más agradecido por lo que tengo. Tambien tendre otro perspectivo del mundo cuando quiero algo porque ya tengo tanto comparado al mundo. También en vez de quizás botar algo yo lo donaría para que alguien que lo necesita lo puede tener en vez de enviarlo a ser quemado o puesto abajo de la tierra. Este fue una buena película y lo recomiendo para todos. Me dio una mejor perspectiva y pienso que me ha cambiado un poco.

Era la gran boda del año y yo tenía que ayudar a prepararlo. Teníamos mucho vino como tanto. Una hora después…

Todos estaban ya bebiendo vino y disfrutando, hablando etc. Yo estaba viendo que todo iba bien y llevando vino a personas. Una taza otra y luego otra hasta que he servido 21  tazas de vino. Voy a otras dos personas para ver si necesitan algo, yo les pregunto y ellos dicen que necesitan más vino así que yo tomo su taza y lo llevó a llenarla y veo que no hay más y él encargado del banquete está en pánico y no sabe qué hacer, luego envíe a otro sirviente a ir para más pero está preocupado porque él tienda que vende vino más cerca está a unas 5 millas que a pie tomará 1 hora más ó menos. Luego está persona increíble (Jesús) convierte agua . (Por medio de Dios) ¡La boda estaba salvada!

It was the great wedding of the year and I had to help prepare it. We had so much wine as both. An hour later…
Everyone was already drinking wine and enjoying, talking, etc. I was seeing that everything was going well and bringing wine to people. One cup another and then another until I have served 21 cups of wine. I go to two other people to see if they need something, I ask them and they say they need more wine so I take their cup and took it to fill it and I see that there is no more and he in charge of the banquet is in panic and does not know what Do, then send another servant to go for more but he is worried because he shop that sells wine closer is about 5 miles which on foot will take 1 hour or so. Then this incredible person (Jesus) turns water. (Through God) The wedding was saved!

Who caused the Boston Massacre ? Good question  it was the British.  .They were doing such mean things to the Colonists like passing acts and that was not right at all. Acts; Stamp act the tea act, sugar act, molasses act, and a big one the Townshend which taxed the Colonists for almost everything.That’s pretty obvious for  what they were doing  1st the british soldier hits the boy with the butt of his gun. Second The British soldier fired in the crowd that killed someone. 3rd they were saying that Captain Preston didn’t tell them to fire because he wasn’t there at the s

So what happens is that the British  soldier hits the boy with the butt of his gun . Then the people come to protect the boy and soon a moob is formed. The Colonist got mad and they threw stuff that   could never kill a person and then the british fire and they kill a Colonist that was truly innocent. And then other soldiers fire and then after a little while four people are dead and one ends up dying later and tons were hurt/wounded. The british obviously  should never had fires and they never even got orders from the captain although they say that someone fired because he was hit in the arm and unconscious but how are you unconscious when you are just hit in the arm with a stick. You could hit very hard and still you would not be unconscious. They thought that the first fire had been orders or the colonists saying fire but like a sheep knows his shepherd’s voice a soldier  should know his captain’s voice and also they were not more than two feet away.

        And first of all if the soldier hit the boy with the butt of his gun none of this would’ve happened. All the boy was doing was he was mocking because the British Soldiers were like threats at times . And then the mob formed and the people wanted revenge on the British and there was a lot of people so they thought it wasn’t like a guy with rock versus a guy with a musket and proper things/stuff. They wanted revenge because of the British leaders, (taxing the colonist) for taxing them and not the people of Great Britain and also they didn’t even have 1 representative in the house of representative and they are getting taxed? They themselves and everybody else didn’t have even a little say in the government that was governing them . Plus they have to do what they say because they were in control/ruling them.

They say that Captain Preston didn’t tell them to fire because he wasn’t there but he wrote a Biography and obviously he was there. He was even on trial and he wouldn’t go on trial for nothing and he even said that he was there and told them to fire so if anyone is guilty it should be Preston because he told them to fire which killed 4 people on the scene and one later plus there were wounded. They killed people that were so innocent it wasn’t right. They should have put the british soldiers in jail.

First of all none of this would’ve happened if the British would let the Colonists have a representatives in the house of representatives and not of taxed them a ton because it is not like they asked Great Britain to fight for them it was the British that selfishly wanted America and the colonies so they fought French for their sake not the sake of the Colonists. Plus they were treating them unfairly and taxing them. So if you like to tax people the British are you’re kind of people for you.  

So it is February and it feels like the middle of April. Sometimes you can forget the month when it is so nice out.
