Paul was a man with many different skills he was a tentmaker, a God follower, and a teacher. He would sacrifice his life for God and just to spread the word that much farther. Through out my life I have found many things about myself. Friends and family have told me many different things about me that I haven’t noticed on my own. I have people tell me how I just make them smile in the worst of times and in the dark times in their life. They also tell me how caring I am for others I worry about other people more than myself and what I have to do. I have been in many different situations whether that be good or bad. But there is always a good outcome from them. I have gone on many different trips but the most memorable one was when my family and I went to Ethiopia. I remembering everything about it when we left how old I was what class I was in and what I missed. People also tell me that I am good with kids and I love to hangout with kids younger and older than me, The younger ones I usually set a example for and the older ones I learn from. I have not clue where I would be out without my amazing family and friends standing by my side through out the rough patches in life. I remember seeing my brother for the first time when we were in Ethiopia. He looked sick and totally out of it and I looked through out the orphanage and I saw that all the kids looked a like. They had smiles on there faces and just want to be around us. I felt tears coming to my eyes just wondering why God why do you do this to people. Now I realize why he wants them to join a different family. That is his plan and now I cant imagine my life without my little brother.

I was in a group with Jordyn and Jaden. We made our volcano out of paper mache and had four main beams for it to hold up with. Then we painted it brown and then made lava out of orange paint. We put a funnel and a pop bottle the funnel was a the vent and crater and the pop battle was the magma chamber. The name of our volcano in real life is Mount Etna which exploded recently. We also used a ping pong ball to make a smoke bomb that makes the ash. Overall so far this project went well hopefully the explosion works right.

In the world today around 332 Christians are killed for their faith, around 214 properties of Christians are destroyed, and around 772 Christians deal with some of persecution. This is out of the 2.2 Billion Christians that live in the world. Which seems like a small amount but it slowly adds up to be a lot more than it really is. Christians have been prosecuted in the past and are still being persecuted in countries today, such as, Tanzania, however, there are things we can do to help these Christians.  

 

Christians persecution started in around 64 AD in Rome. They had many different emperors that were persecuting Christians yet not all of them were as cruel as some. One of emperor’s names was Nero he was one of the most cruel men I have ever heard of in my life. A example of that was when he killed his wife by kicking her in the stomach and also had his mother killed and these are some examples that show how he is cruel. He ruled for around 14 years and one of the big mistakes he made was he let a arena in his country burn. In the arena they would have chariot races which was one of Nero’s favorite thing to do. Person after person were dying and people started to have no homes and started blaming him. He didn’t want to be killed or no longer be an emperor and of course he ended blaming it on the Christians. He told them they were like cannibals and did horrible things. This lead to Christians being killed and put in prison. This was the big news in a lot of the countries and they started to wonder who this person the Christians believed in. This lead to a lot of people becoming Christians and more

dead but it was still growing. This was kind of like a blessing from God and he just spread the word even farther.  

 

This leads me to talk about the persecution in Tanzania which is one of many countries in the world who deal with Christian persecution. There are some cruel stories of how people treat these Christians. There is around thirty to forty percent of Tanzania population that are Christians in the whole country and around the same amount of Muslims. Muslims are like cats and Christians are mice they are killing and torturing them all the time. They are constantly getting chased back into their homes/ For example the killed a bunch of men and women at a wedding because they didn’t have a muslim preacher and the preacher was a Christian. Another weird thing is that the Muslims don’t want Christians to be butchers. They don’t want them to touch their meat and say that it is unclean and they should stick to trade. That makes me wonder why they don’t think about what other people do when Muslims are butchers. They call the churches of Christians the dens of non-believers because they don’t believe what the Muslims do. They burn and destroy them all the time and won’t stop even though the usually end up going to jail.  

 

As a result, I think we should take action and help these Christians being persecuted out just as Jesus would and still does. There are many ways people today are helping out these Christians here are some examples. People have been donating money to send families so that they may go to safer places and feel protected. For example there is a island in Tanzania called Zanzibar and it has ninety eight percent Muslims and they have a lot of Christian persecution on that island.  Another way is Christians are praying and asking God to give them guidance and

that they are protected by him and we can pray for them to. I know if I were a persecuted Christian I would get no sleep because I would worry way too much about dying. There are missionaries who go there to teach the word of God and many of us know these people who do this that are part of our Churches. They are a big part I think because they are refreshing them about why they are believing in God. There are also many people who go on mission trips with sports teams or churches and they go and teach the word of God. That gives us the thought of what they are going through and also to remind them about God and tell them what they are fighting for right now.  

 

Christians have been prosecuted in the past and are still being persecuted in countries today, such as, Tanzania, however, there are things we can do to help these Christians. In conclusion, I think everyone can help in some way it doesn’t have to big it could be small. We have many ways that we can help has I have already talked about. Just to remind you here they are. You can donate money to families so they can go to safer places in Tanzania. You can just simply pray for them and ask God to give them guidance. You could go all the way there and teach the world of God. You could your gifts and talents and use thoughts to encourage and cheer people up. Something I don’t want you to forget is don’t be down of yourself about this. You were made in God’s image and God has it under control and you should just trust in God and he knows the plan for them and what will happen next. Personally I am going to be praying and as a class we are going to donate money to countries in high amounts of persecution.

One Friday night in the summertime Linda was throwing a party. This wasn’t an ordinary party though everyone was there from here highschool and some other friends. They had a DJ named Juan who was the best DJ in the country. They lived in Honolulu, HI in the richest parts of the city kind of like Hidden Hills in California. They had very high security it was almost impossible to get into the party without an invitation. The invitation had to have your name on it a picture and your birth date. Diesel and Vin are two of the many body guards but Linda had more. Her parents were going in Turkos and Chakos. Some of the kids were old enough to drink and others weren’t but none were allowed to do drugs. Someone in the party was dealing drugs to a bunch of the kids.

I was personally there I am Linda’s boyfriend my name is Hunter. We were just having a good time, people were dancing and talking. Everything was going great until we heard sirens and also the bodyguards said to leave right away. There was a huge crowd of people who were running out of the house. People were falling and getting trampled. So my friends and I went to my house and Linda left with some friends.

The next day me and Linda went back to the house to help with the case. They had surveillance cameras all over they had 4 main suspects. They were Willem, Cameron, Lewis, and Luke they looked like they were doing something wrong. Willem was hiding things in his pockets and had his hood on attempting to cover his face. Cameron had a lot of cash on him and had a backpack on his back. Lewis was walking around hiding things in cabinets and other spots and also had a little cash on him. Luke was just walking around but he weird smell on him he smelled like drugs. There were a few witnesses Gabe, Lucas, and Matt. Gabe saw Cameron and Lewis both exchanging things with other kids. Lucas saw Willem drop a few baggies of something and also saw a lot of money in his pocket. Matt saw Luke who was running through the crowd trying to find Willem to tell him something the only word he could hear was they are coming. Within minutes after that the police had showed up and the body guards we looking everywhere. A little background about Willem he is a senior at Mililani High School and is the captain on the football team. Cameron is a party kid he goes to every party and is very popular. Luke is the starting point guard on the Varsity basketball team. They have been involved in something with drugs.

That is why I hired detective his name is Watson. He is one of the best around. So we started our search the day after the party. We found a baggie with a little bit of marijuana on the ground with two sets of fingerprints which was getting sent into the police station. We walked around for a while went through the house and then we found some blood on the floor. We followed blood drips all the way to a dumpster in the garage. There we found Luke and Willem in the dumpster dead. There was sign of any wounds so we sent it into the police station to find out how they died. Which would take about 5 days. It also could be possible that they find the culprit before. So they kept looking and finally they found a key and put it a program to find out what it leads to and they found out it was a safe. So they started to track where it was bought and by who. Unfortunately it was bought with cash naturally and they started to interview the casher. It lead to a guy named Weston we checked his criminal records and he was clear so they went to visit him and he wasn’t home. Then we went through the house only to find the exact safe. There plan was in it they were tricking them. They had the pictures of everything they were going to do and where and when. Watson started to take pictures and on his fourteenth picture. He found a body and two bags he thought the killed them and he looked closer and they hired a person who puts away bodies from the police department.

 

The Conclusion

They were two fake bodies and they just set that up to lead us of track. Then they found a picture of some island somewhere to only found out it was one of the biggest island in the world. They were in greenland with one of the biggest criminals their. Within about 2 days the planned a trip there to go find them they were in Greenland. They did figure out it was Luke and Willem they interviewed their parents. They said that they haven’t been home since the night of the party and they took all of the money in their houses. That’s how we knew they we in Greenland we were off. In about 12 hours we were there and tracking only to find out they were both died already. They went over all there clues and found out this. They were four people in on the crime Willem, Luke, and the lady at the police office we puts away the bodies.

Our tower building went pretty well we had some problems but fixed them. Sadly our egg fell off the tower and hit the bottom. We had some sticks break and the marshmallows got hard and disconnected. As a group we worked pretty well together. We used everything we could yet we still failed to keep it up. I wish we changed the way we designed it and wish we had a little more money. I would love to try and do this again with a little more money. Overall it went ok and wish I could change a bunch of different things on it.

I came up with this idea when I was thinking about my grandparents barn. I love all of the quads and snowmobiles in the barn. Our idea we used worked very well and easy to think about. The measurement were 2.75 meters by 3.5 meters our answer is 4.5 meter which is the hypotenuse which makes sense.

Thematic Writing

I am currently reading the Harry Potter series I am on the first book The Sorcerer’s Stone which is one of the seven Harry Potter series. Harry Potter’s parents die in a fire and he gets saved. He gets brought to his aunt and uncle’s house and they treat him like a pet and lock him up for days even weeks. Then he gets letters from Hogwarts which is a school of witchcraft and wizardry and his aunt and uncle don’t want him to go but he ends up going. He loves it there he is in the prophecy that all of the kids read and he becomes the popular kid in school. He joins the Quidditch team and he is the seeker and no one ends up doing it. Through this book I realized that you can’t judge people from where they came from or how they act.

One conflict in this book is between Harry and his aunt and uncle. When his aunt and uncle thing he is a nobody. Until they figure out he is a legend to be when they get the letters from Hogwarts. They don’t want him to go but he has conflict with them and the eventually give in. They judge Harry right when they get him. They realize he is smart and is going to be a legend. They were quick to judge what he was like and never gave him a chance. He never gets presents on his birthday or anything. Until he goes to Hogwarts and he gets a bunch like one of the best brooms ever. He finally feels loved and we should not be so quick to judge like his aunt and uncle did.  

 One conflict in this book is between Harry and his cousin Petunia. Harry and his cousin Petunia fight all the time. Petunia is a rich kid who gets whatever they want. He breaks stuff and always makes fun of Harry. He gets jealous of how popular Harry is and then wants to be popular to. He has few friends because he acts like a jerk to them. He has two rooms and one of them is Harry’s and he won’t let Harry in his room. Petunia realizes he is really a really smart guy. He was also a quick to judge what he cousin Harry was like and he was very gifted.  

Through this book I realized that you can’t judge people from where they came from or how they act. Overall this book has been pretty well written with a lot of drama with family and other groups of people in Hogwarts. One of my favorite characters is Harry because he is a smart and courageous person. My least favorite character is Petunia because of how judging he is and he doesn’t expect a lot of people and is very greedy. Harry is learning to be a wizard and I think he will be one of the best wizards of all time. J.K. Rowling is the author of this series he is a great author.

Colombia esta en la contiente de America de Sur y la capital es Bogotá. La piases cerca de Colombia es Panama,Ecuador,Peru,Brazil, y Venezuela. La oceanos circundante Colombia es Pacific Oceano y Caribbean Mar. La colores de la bandera de Colombia es azul,rojo, y amarillo.

 

This summer on went on vacation to Ludington State Park and we went on many hikes and went to the beach. I went fishing on Lake Michigan with my dad his friend and my dad’s cousins. I caught the biggest fish of my life this summer a 27 pound king salmon. I went swimming a lot at my grandparents house and went up north to their cabin a few times. I had many boring chores and other boring things. I also went paddle boarding in lake Michigan with some friends a few times. I also helped my grandpa with some food plots up north. I had many sleepovers and watched movies and swam for hours on end. I had a fun and adventurous summer with friends and family. But summer had to end because we had to start school.
