Africa Entry Event
The last two days we have been doing some activities to get a good perspective on Africa. The first day we did a Wordle and then we looked at pictures and guessed what of the people were african. On the second day we did and activity that showed us about what percentage of people had certain things. After doing those activities I realized that Africans are not always a really dark shade of black. I learned that there are countries in Africa that are developed. I learned from these activities that all of my perspectives were off by a little bit at least. For example I thought that all of the people in Africa would not have phones, computers, or internet but in one of the activities I found out that there are people that do have inter net and cellphones. I would like to learn more about the culture, schools, and the arts.
