How God prepared Sual to go and tell people about him. When Sual was young he had a teacher who taught him scripture. Also Sual had two citizenships Roman and Jewish so he could preach to people in both cities.
How God may have been preparing me.
I have an adopted sister so I feel that God has called me to adopt when I am older. This could be prepared me to adopt and because of adopting the kid I would adopt may not have gotten to know God but by adopting him or her I can teach her and do what we are called to do.
