Yesterday, we went to Saugatuck  to watch a documentary about Native American’s. We learned how they lived. We also learned about how when they were younger how they would have to go to a boarding school and how awful it was there. They would get beaten and have a lot of other bad things happen to them. Since they were being treated poorly some people would end up dyeing. The kids when they would die their bodies wouldn’t go to their parents they would be through into the river and their parents would never know what happened to them.They were trying to make them look like European. Standing Rock is a place in North Dakota they live in tents,teepees, and other things. Late at night the people on the bridge were attacking people with water and there were so many people who were injured. The water was shooting all night so everything was getting wet. Standing Rock was making fires but the people were shooting water at the fire but it would hit people and injure people.
